Creative Movement – pink tights, light pink leotard, pink ballet shoes

Ballet 1 -4 – pink tights, black leotard, pink ballet shoes

Advanced Ballet/Pointe – black leotard, pink tights, pink split-soled ballet and or pointe shoes

Advanced Ballet/Contemporary - black leotard, pink tights, pink split-sole ballet shoes, black ballet skirt on occasion

Tap - black leotard, pink tights, black tap shoes (Capezio Brand)

Ballet/Tap Combo - black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, and black tap shoes (Capezio Brand)

Jazz/Hip Hop - black leotard, black biker shorts, black & tan tights, black & tan jazz shoes

Boys Jazz/Hip Hop - black exercise/sweatpants, white or black t-shirt, black jazz shoes 

Boys Ballet/Contemporary - black dance pants, white or black t-shirt, black ballet shoes 

Boys Tap - black dance pants, white or black t-shirt, black tap shoes (Capezio Brand) 


2024-2025 REGISTRATION & TUITION RATES

Monthly Tuition- (Classes taken each week per student)

$60 - 45 Minutes

$65 -  1 Hour

$110 - 2 Hours

$155 - 3 Hours

$190 - 4 Hours

$225 - 5 Hours

$245 - 6 Hours

Registration Fee - $60 before Sept. 9th. After Sept. 9th registration fee increases to $65. All registration fees are non refundable.

Registration Deadline - Jan. 1, 2025. Registration is based on a first come, first served basis and classes will close once capacity has been reached.

Due – Tuition is due by the 1st of every month.

Late Fee – If tuition is not received by the 10th of each month you will receive a $15 late charge.

Available Discounts - A 10% discount is applied to lump sum seasonal tuition paid in full prior to Sept 9th, 2024. Checks preferred. Multiple student discounts may apply for families with 3 or more dancers. Please inquire at time of registration.

Checks – Please make payment available to "Walker School of Ballet"

Online Payment – Now accepting online payments directly from your bank or by credit/debit card for monthly tuition. An individualized invoice from Wave for monthly tuition will be sent to the email supplied at the time of registration on the 1st of every month. Online payment can be made through the link in the invoice or in person at the studio.

Note- Although tuition is broken down by months, it is divided up for the Dance Season in its entirety from September through the end of June.  All holidays, breaks, studio rehearsals and recital rehearsals have been figured into the price of tuition and distributed evenly over the monthly schedule.  Therefore, months that include holidays, breaks, or rehearsals are still charged tuition and will not be prorated.  

Withdrawing from Class- All withdrawals from class must be done in writing prior to the issuance of your next monthly Tuition Invoice. Upon receipt of your written withdrawal, future invoices will end, and you will remain responsible for any already incurred tuition or fees.

2025 RECITAL & WBE SHOW

WBE Show Title - Rapunzel

Recital Dates:

  • June 12 (WBE Tech Rehearsal)

  • June 13 (Recital Dress Rehearsal)

  • June 14 (Recital & WBE Show)

Location – The Venue at Friendship Springs, 7340 Friendship Springs Blvd., Flowery Branch, GA 30542.

Recital Fees – $200 (includes 1 costume, 1 pair of tights, Recital Video, and an allotment of recital tickets per family). *Additional recital costume fee of $75.00 will apply for each combo class and/or additional class taken by the dancer. A multiple student discount may apply for families with more than two dancers. A non-refundable recital fee deposit of $100 per dancer will be invoiced at the start of the dance season. The remaining balance will be invoiced and due prior to recital.

All students are encouraged to perform in the recital at the end of the year, but it is not mandatory. 


YEARLY CALENDAR

2024-2025 Season - September 9, 2024 - June 2025. The dance school follows the Jackson County School System Calendar for all major holidays including Fall Break, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Years, Spring Break, and Memorial Day. No regular weekly classes will be held on these holidays so that families can enjoy time together.
